FA Technician (Lab)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for assuring all customers’ and company quality expectations are met at all manufacturing and inspection stages, and driving continuous quality improvement
• Lead quality plan implementation through data compilation and analysis
• Ensure FA reports are compiled, updated accurately, and properly closed with complete data
• Assist QA Engineer in NPI build follow-up and quality assurance activities
• Perform failure analysis (FA) based on customer or internal issues
• Responsible for inspection of module and higher-level products with focus on quality and efficiency
• Perform inspection/measurement on incoming materials based on IPC standards and specifications
• Conduct visual inspection on all products
• Verify product conformity against process and product documentation
• Assist QA Engineer in daily production quality issues, E-data, FAI reports, FA Lab, and other tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing and quality assurance
• Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, RoHS, and REACH
• Experience with IPC 610, IPC 600, and failure analysis
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Willing to work overtime and in shifts
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership and self-motivation
• Able to perform efficiently under pressure
