What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Microsoft Fabric environment setup and governance; architect and design scalable data pipelines, lakehouses, and semantic models
- Develop and deploy analytics solutions aligned to agri-business use cases (supply chain, trading, Sustainability)
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years in data engineering/analytics with hands-on Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse experience
- Strong skills in PySpark, SQL, Power BI, and Data Factory;
- Experience with medallion architecture and cloud data platforms;
- Ability to lead technically while communicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
- Agri or commodities domain experience is a plus.
