*Job Description:*

We are looking for an experienced Fabric Executive to join our team at Brij Design, Gurgaon.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Manage fabric sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination.

• Identify and develop new fabric suppliers and maintain vendor relationships.

• Coordinate with merchandising, design, and production teams to meet fabric requirements.

• Ensure fabric quality, color, texture, and specifications as per buyer requirements.

• Follow up on fabric sampling, lab dips, approvals, and bulk orders.

• Monitor fabric stock, delivery schedules, and material availability.

• Negotiate prices and delivery timelines with suppliers.

• Maintain fabric records, purchase orders, and related documentation.

*Requirements:*

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fabric sourcing, purchasing, or fabric management.

• Experience in the garment export or apparel industry will be preferred.

• Good knowledge of different fabrics, textile quality, and suppliers.

• Strong vendor coordination, negotiation, and communication skills

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
