Fabric Merchandiser (5-Days work)

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferably in Textile, Textile Technology, Fabric Engineering, or a related field.
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in the textile industry.
• Working experience in a fabric mill is highly preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of both knit and woven fabrics, including color assessment and fabric quality evaluation.
• Good understanding of fabric dyeing, finishing, and production processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as a team player.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good written English and spoken Mandarin.

Duties:

• Support the team in following up on fabric development, color approval, and quality approval during bulk dye lot production.
• Ensure all fabric approvals meet brand specifications and quality requirements.
• Assist in the bulk fabric inspection process, including reviewing inspection reports and approving shade bands.
• Coordinate with mills, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve fabric-related issues.
• Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of fabric approvals.
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by supervisors or managers.
