Fabric Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Source and develop fabric materials according to buyer requirements
• Co-ordinate with mills and suppliers for sampling, pricing, and bulk production
• Monitor fabric development timelines and ensure on-time delivery
• Conduct fabric quality checks and follow up on testing requirements
• Maintain accurate records of orders and production status
• Resolve Fabric-related issues during sampling and production stages
• Other duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Textile Merchandising or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fabric merchandising or textile industry
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing
