We are seeking a seasoned Fabric Merchandiser with strong technical knowledge of fabrics, sourcing, and production coordination. This role is critical in ensuring the right fabric quality, cost efficiency, and timely availability to support our fast-growing D2C operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabric sourcing vendor management across categories
• Strong understanding of fabric types, blends, GSM, weaves finishes
• Costing, negotiation ensuring quality standards
• Coordinating with design, production sampling teams
• Managing timelines, order follow-ups fabric approvals
• Ensuring consistency in quality and sustainability standards

Requirements:

• 3 5 years of experience as a Fabric Merchandiser
• Deep knowledge of textiles, sourcing vendor ecosystems
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in apparel / D2C / kidswear (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
