Fabric Sourcing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Fabric Sourcing Manager with strong knowledge of woven fabrics and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and develop reliable woven fabric suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Develop fabrics as per product and quality requirements.
• Monitor fabric quality, testing, approvals, and inspections.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mills and suppliers.
• Track market trends and fabric prices to achieve competitive sourcing.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Quality, Stores, and Accounts teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in fabric sourcing/purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of woven fabrics and textile markets.
• Good supplier network and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems preferred.
