Job Summary

BIASA is seeking a reliable, physically fit, and detail-oriented warehouse operator to support the factory day-to-day operational activities. This position is responsible for assisting with the handling, organization, movement, and checking of goods and materials, while ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Support warehouse daily operational activities, including handling, moving, arranging, and organizing goods and materials.
• Assist with loading, unloading, packing, unpacking, and transferring fabric items as required.
• Conduct basic checks of item quantities, labels, and conditions to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Assist with stock counting, inventory checking, and basic operational record keeping.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper arrangement of the working area.
• Ensure goods and materials are handled and stored appropriately to prevent damage or loss.
• Record and update operational information using basic Microsoft Excel when required.
• Report discrepancies, damaged items, or operational issues to the relevant supervisor.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Perform other operational duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• Male candidate with good physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Previous work experience is not required; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Physically strong and capable of handling, lifting, and moving goods or materials as required.
• Must not be color blind, either fully or partially, due to the nature of the operational tasks.
• Detail-oriented, careful, and accurate when handling goods, checking information, and recording data.
• Able to follow instructions and established procedures accurately.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Responsible, disciplined, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
• Demonstrates good time management and the ability to complete tasks efficiently.
• Flexible and willing to support additional operational requirements when necessary.

Working Hours

08.00 AM to 17.00 PM, 5 days a week.

Location

Kerobokan Kelod, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kab. Badung, Bali.
