Fabrication Engineer

• Plan, supervise, and monitor mechanical fabrication activities as per drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret fabrication, GA, assembly, and engineering drawings.
• Prepare cutting lists, material requirements, and fabrication schedules.
• Supervise welding, cutting, bending, drilling, grinding, and assembly work.
• Ensure proper fit-up, alignment, dimensions, and welding quality.
• Coordinate with production, design, purchase, and site teams.
• Inspect fabricated equipment and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, material usage, and production timelines.
• Prepare fabrication progress reports and maintain production records.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
• Troubleshoot fabrication and mechanical assembly issues.
• Support installation and commissioning activities at site when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical fabrication.
• Knowledge of MS, SS, FRP and industrial equipment fabrication will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of welding processes, fabrication methods, and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of measurement tools and fabrication inspection.
• Good communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Preferred Experience

Experience in fabrication of ETP, STP, RO/DM plants, tanks, ducting, scrubbers, dust collectors, pipelines, and other industrial equipment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,075.00 - ₹70,098.00 per month
