About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Project Manager to oversee structural steel fabrication and erection projects from award through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, project scheduling, drawing coordination, and field operations, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage structural steel fabrication and erection projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate with customers, detailers, engineers, fabricators, and field crews.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Review and track structural drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
• Prepare, communicate, and track project change orders.
• Coordinate material deliveries with schedulers to meet jobsite requirements.
• Attend project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues affecting timelines, costs, and quality.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of structural steel project management experience .
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection processes.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel , and project management software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards is a plus.
