Fabrication Operations & Quality Analyst

1.Fabrication Tracking & Monitoring

Maintain and update fabrication progress trackers for all ongoing projects.

Monitor work schedules, material usage, and resource allocation to ensure deadlines are met.

Identify delays, bottlenecks, or discrepancies and escalate to management or relevant teams.

2.Documentation Management

Organize and maintain all fabrication-related documents, including drawings, work orders, inspection reports, and certificates.

Ensure proper version control and accessibility of documents for internal teams and clients.

Prepare and distribute reports, summaries, and dashboards as needed.

3.Quality & Compliance Support

Track inspections, test results, and approvals to ensure QA/QC standards are met.

Maintain records of non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and compliance documentation.

Support internal and external audits by providing organized, accurate documentation.

4.Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze fabrication data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Generate weekly/monthly progress and quality reports for management review.

Assist in creating KPIs and dashboards to monitor fabrication performance.

5.Coordination & Communication

Act as a liaison between fabrication teams, engineers, project managers, and clients regarding progress updates and documentation needs.

Communicate status updates, discrepancies, and follow-ups clearly and promptly.

6.Process Improvement

Identify gaps or inefficiencies in documentation, tracking, and reporting processes.

Suggest and implement improvements to standardize and streamline operations.
