What they need

Fabrication Specialist – Experienced Metal Fabricator

Build Something That Matters.

If you have 5+ years of hands-on metal fabrication experience and know your way around brake presses, turret punches, shears, and precision sheet metal work, we want to talk to you.

This isn't a position where you'll stand at the same machine making the same part all day.

You'll work in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment, turning raw metal into high-performance products while operating an impressive lineup of fabrication equipment — including our CNC 57-station turret punch press, 14' brake press, 13.5' panel bender, and 12' shear.

You'll set up machines, solve problems, make adjustments, improve processes, and take ownership of the quality of the parts you produce.

If you like variety, challenging work, and having the freedom to actually use the skills you've spent years developing, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

What You'll Get Your Hands On

  • Cut, punch, form, and bend sheet metal ranging from 7-gauge through 26-gauge.
  • Set up fabrication equipment, select tooling, calibrate machines, and dial in jobs for precision.
  • Operate our CNC turret punch press, brake press, panel bender, shear, and other fabrication equipment.
  • Fine-tune and optimize programs to improve quality, efficiency, and machine performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments before small problems become big ones.
  • Perform in-process inspections and own the quality of every part you produce.
  • Read blueprints, verify dimensions, and work confidently with tight tolerances.
  • Cross-train throughout the department so you can work across our fabrication equipment.
  • Help maintain tooling and equipment to keep everything performing at its best.
  • Work with your teammates to identify better, faster, and smarter ways to manufacture our products.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts, including Kaizen events and setup-reduction initiatives.

What We're Looking For

This is an experienced-level fabrication position. We're looking for someone who can bring real-world knowledge to the floor and make an impact.

You should bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on metal fabrication experience — required.
  • Strong experience setting up and operating brake presses, panel benders, shears, turret punch presses, or comparable fabrication equipment.
  • Experience working in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Strong blueprint-reading skills.
  • Confidence using calipers, micrometers, precision angles, and other measuring equipment.
  • The ability to troubleshoot setups, tooling, programs, and part-quality issues.
  • Experience with tooling inspection and maintenance.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • A team-first attitude and the ability to communicate and solve problems with others.

Even Better If You Have

  • Programming experience with SolidWorks and/or Landtek Software.
  • Crane experience.
  • A trade school diploma or technical training in metal fabrication.

Why Join Us?

Because experienced fabricators should have the opportunity to do more than push a button.

Here, you'll have the chance to use your experience, work with a variety of equipment, solve real manufacturing challenges, and have a voice in how we improve.

You'll join a hands-on team that values craftsmanship, quality, safety, and people who take pride in doing the job right.

Great work should be noticed. Great ideas should be heard. And great fabricators should have the equipment and opportunity to show what they can do.

Think you've got the experience we're looking for?

Apply today and let's build something great.
