Position Summary

The Fabrication Supervisor leads the production of racks and manifolds for data center cooling systems, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This hands-on leader supervises teams and team leads across welding, orbital welding, fabrication, and polishing operations.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily rack and manifold fabrication operations.
• Lead team leads across welding, orbital welding, fabrication, and polishing.
• Ensure work meets engineering specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate schedules and workflow to meet production deadlines.
• Enforce company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review blueprints, fabrication drawings, weld procedures, and work orders.
• Inspect weld integrity, finish quality, and dimensional accuracy.
• Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to employees.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to resolve production challenges.
• Lead improvements that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen product quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Five or more years of welding or fabrication experience in manufacturing.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TIG welding, orbital welding, and stainless-steel fabrication.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld procedures.
• Knowledge of quality standards and inspection processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality excellence.

Preferred Experience

• Polishing and finishing for high-purity applications.
• Data center cooling, high-purity piping, or similar mechanical systems.
• ASME standards and high-specification welding requirements.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting.
• Exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Approximately 5–10% travel to other locations.
