FABRICATION SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to supervise fabrication activities, manpower, materials, equipment, quality, and productivity for workshop and site fabrication works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day fabrication activities in workshop and site areas.
• Allocate manpower and coordinate daily work activities.
• Review fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and work instructions.
• Supervise cutting, fitting, welding, grinding, drilling, and assembly works.
• Ensure fabrication is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC inspectors, and project teams.
• Monitor material availability and fabrication requirements.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor work quality and productivity.
• Coordinate inspection requirements with the QA/QC team.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and proper fit-up before welding.
• Monitor welding and fabrication activities.
• Maintain fabrication progress records and daily reports.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed by the fabrication team.
• Support site installation and modification works when required.

Qualification & Requirements

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Fabrication, Welding, or related discipline preferred.
• Proven experience in fabrication supervision.
• Good knowledge of structural steel, piping, supports, and general fabrication activities.
• Ability to read fabrication and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of welding and fit-up requirements.
• Strong manpower supervision and coordination skills.
• Saudi Arabia/GCC experience preferred.

Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month
