Fabrication Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily fabrication and workshop activities.
• Read and understand fabrication drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Monitor cutting, welding, fitting, drilling, and assembly work.
• Ensure fabrication work is completed as per required dimensions, quality, and schedule.
• Manage and allocate manpower, tools, and materials at the fabrication site/workshop.
• Coordinate with engineers, project in-charge, and site teams for smooth execution.
• Inspect fabricated structures/components and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain daily work progress, manpower, material, and production records.
• Identify fabrication issues and coordinate for timely rectification.
• Ensure housekeeping and proper maintenance of fabrication equipment and tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
