Join Our Growing Team – Skilled Trades & Manufacturing Opportunities

Buchholz-Smith Inc. has been designing and building custom industrial plastic fabrication solutions since 1988. We work with companies across the country to create custom tanks, systems, and components used in demanding industries.

We are growing and looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team.

At BSI, you won’t be doing the same repetitive job every day. Our team works on custom projects where craftsmanship, problem-solving, and attention to detail matter. We are looking for people who take pride in their work and want to build a long-term career.

Positions may include:

• Plastic fabrication & welding
• Industrial manufacturing
• CNC machine operation
• Assembly & finishing work
• General shop operations

What we’re looking for:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work safely and as part of a team
• Manufacturing, welding, fabrication, or mechanical experience is a plus (but we are willing to train the right people)

Why work with BSI?

• Stable, growing company with decades of experience
• Hands-on training and skill development
• Opportunity to advance
• Work on custom projects, not just production lines
• Be part of a team that takes pride in quality workmanship

If you’re looking for more than just a job and want to build valuable skills in a growing company, we want to hear from you.

Apply today and become part of the Buchholz-Smith Inc. team.
