Overview
Join our dedicated manufacturing team as a skilled uPVC and/or Aluminium Fabricator. We are looking for a hands-on professional to produce high-quality components and assemblies for our industry-leading windows, doors, or architectural systems. This role is essential for our production line, requiring precision cutting, machining, and assembly. Responsibilities

• Precision Cutting & Machining: Accurately cut, machine, and drill uPVC and/or Aluminium profiles using specialized saws and machinery.
• Reading Technical Drawings: Fluently interpret and work from detailed technical drawings and cutting lists to ensure components meet exact specifications.
• Assembly: Utilise hand and power tools to accurately assemble frames, sashes, and other components, ensuring correct alignment and functionality.
• Quality Control: Conduct rigorous self-checks and final inspections on finished units to maintain our high standards of quality and finish.
• Safe Working: Adhere strictly to all factory health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with the wider production team and supervisors to ensure deadlines are met and workflow is smooth.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in uPVC and/or Aluminium fabrication is preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor production issues and ensure minimal wastage.
• Technical Literacy: Strong ability to read, understand, and execute from technical drawings.
• Tool Proficiency: Competent and safe use of fabrication-specific hand tools, power tools, and industrial machinery (saws, welders, routers).
• Quality Focus: Excellent attention to detail and a pride in craftsmanship to produce components with a high-quality finish.
