What they need
Highview Custom Fabricating, Inc. is looking to add a 1st shift Fabricators to our workforce. We are looking for candidates with welding experience. Shifts are currently 10 hrs Monday - Thursday and overtime on Friday.
Working off of customer's prints, we build components for many industries, such as: mining, marine, military, logging, pulp & paper and construction. The majority of work is GMAW on carbon steel but we also do stainless, aluminum, GTAW and SAW.
Starting wage is based on experience. We offer medical, dental, vision and life insurance along with 401(K) plan, paid vacation, paid holidays and provide uniforms.
