Fabricator/Installer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fabricator/Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing custom materials and structures with precision and safety in mind. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of materials, tools, and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A strong focus on safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork is essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and installation of materials.
• Operate power tools, hand tools and plastic welding equipment,safely and effectively.
• Measure materials precisely using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring devices to meet dimensional specifications.
• Fabricate components by cutting, welding, machining, or assembling plastic materials.
• Handle materials safely in warehouse or production settings, including lifting heavy items and using proper materials handling techniques.
• Install fabricated components on-site according to project plans while adhering to safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain a clean work environment by following safety protocol guidelines including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use such as respiratory protection and safety glasses.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or related fields with hands-on knowledge of tools and machinery.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools,and machining equipment
• Familiarity with reading technical drawings, dimensional measurements, and following precise specifications.
• Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments including PPE adherence and safety regulations.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper body mechanics.
• Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
• A willingness to learn is essential.
• Warehouse experience or familiarity with materials handling processes is advantageous.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
