FABRICATOR / PRESS OPERATOR

$18.00 per hour | 36 Hours per Week Standard work schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., with hours adjusted to maintain a 36-hour workweek. Join our team as a Fabricator/Press Operator and play a key role in manufacturing the components that form the foundation of safe, reliable scaffolding systems. In this position, you will help produce high-quality metal parts that support the strength, stability, and performance of our products.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate press machines to cut, shape, and form metal components used in scaffolding manufacturing.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine machine checks and report any equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Fabricator, Press Operator, or in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
• Ability to operate press machinery and understand basic machine functions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to lift and move materials and perform the physical requirements of the position.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or manufacturing certifications are a plus.
