Fabricator/Welder

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine fabrication requirements.
• Use various hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other materials.
• Perform MIG welding and Stick welding to join metal components securely.
• Prepare surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, or fitting parts together accurately.
• Conduct quality checks on welded joints and fabricated parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in the assembly of finished products or structures as needed, applying mechanical knowledge and basic math skills for precise fitting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fabrication and welding, with proficiency in MIG welding and Stick welding techniques.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication processes related to sheet metal work.
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately.
• Mechanical aptitude with a good understanding of assembly procedures and basic math skills for measurements.
• Familiarity with safety standards related to welding and fabrication environments.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in welding or fabrication are a plus.
