About the Role

Cut, form, fit, weld, grind, and assemble precision metal components and structures according to approved drawings and quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Preparation & Fit-Up: Measure, cut, bevel, align, and tack-weld materials using fixtures and blueprints.
• Welding & Finishing: Execute specified welds to control distortion and strength; grind, deburr, and finish parts.
• Quality & Safety: Conduct weld self-inspections, observe hot-work safety rules, maintain 5S, and keep material records.

Qualifications

• Tech/Vocational grad in Welding, Fabrication, or Mechanical Technology (Senior High Tech track accepted).
• 1–2 years welding/fabrication experience preferred (entry-level eligible after assessment); valid welding certification a plus.
• Proficient in reading welding symbols, blueprint specs, and operating power/welding tools.
