Facade Designer

• Coordinate with team members in line with the Team Leader's direction.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior members of the team.
• Participate and actively contribute to design workshop, where curtain wall solutions are explored and determined.
• Obtain all information related to the project from external and internal sources in order to produce clear and accurate plans, elevation, section and shop drawings.
• Make sure that shop drawings are drawn in accordance with Architectural/Structural requirements and in line with the approved BOQ.
• Carry out drafting work (concept design shop drawings MTO, Cutting List, setting out drawings) in a timely and appropriate manner, maintaining quality, productivity and in line with AAB standards.
• Responsible to carry out design and drafting works within the given program as required and needed for the project.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the installation teams to ensure the successful implementation of facade designs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's /College Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the design of Aluminum Glass Curtain Wall.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Proficient in using design software such as AutoCad 2D & 3D.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Hardworking and with good moral character.
