What they need
We are looking for a skilled Facade Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 experience in designing modern and creative building façades, with strong technical knowledge and attention to architectural detail.
- Responsibilities:
- Design and develop exterior façades for commercial and residential buildings.
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and design presentations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure design accuracy.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and color combinations.
- Ensure façade designs meet aesthetic, structural, and safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Facade Designer.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and materials.
- Ability to create both modern and classical façade styles.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
