Evolvere Facades Private Limited is a specialized facade engineering and design consultancy/contracting firm delivering high-performance, innovative, and aesthetically striking building envelope solutions for complex architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

Facade Design & Detailing: Develop detailed 2D production drawings, shop drawings, fabrication details, and installation layouts for architectural building envelopes (curtain walls, structural glazing, ACP cladding, skylights, dynamic facades, and unitized systems).

Technical Compliance: Ensure designs strictly conform to structural load requirements, wind engineering parameters, water tightness, thermal insulation standards, and relevant local/international building codes.

Vendor & Engineering Coordination: Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, project managers, and fabrication teams to translate architectural intent into cost-effective buildable facade systems.

Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Assist in preparing material takeoff, cutting lists, and hardware schedules to optimize material usage and minimize scrap.

Site Coordination: Provide technical assistance to field engineers during installation to resolve design clarifications or site-specific modifications.

Required Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of core working experience in facade drafting, detailing, and architectural structural design.

Educational Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech (Civil or Mechanical Engineering)

B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)

Diploma in Civil/Architectural Engineering or relevant technical field

Technical & Software Proficiency:

Advanced expertise in AutoCAD (2D/3D) is mandatory.

Proficiency in relevant industry software (Revit/BIM, 3D AutoCAD) is a strong plus.

Domain Expertise: Thorough understanding of glass types, aluminum extrusions, sealants, anchor systems, and facade installation practices.
