Facade Engineer

• Review and coordinate facade design, drawings, specifications, and technical requirements .
• Manage and oversee facade works , including curtain wall, glazing, cladding, and other exterior systems.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other disciplines to resolve technical and interface issues.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents related to facade works.
• Monitor facade installation to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements .
• Identify and resolve design, constructability, and site coordination issues related to facade systems.
• Support material selection, technical evaluation, testing, inspection, and quality control of facade works.
• Monitor facade work progress and coordinate activities to meet the project schedule and milestones .
• Participate in site inspections, testing, commissioning, and final acceptance of facade systems.
