What they need
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design finalization and shop drawings production/material submission for all the facades
- Coordination with specialized sub-contractors, client and façade consultants
- Review, coordination and management of interfaces with other trades
- Facades design and installation management
- Other related duties to be allocated in line with the progress of the project.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as Facade Manager with an A1 Main Contractor, preferably in large-scale construction projects. Hospital or healthcare project experience will be an added advantage.
- Posses strong leadership quality
- Good technical knowledge of façade trades
- Working Hours: 5-day work week, or 6-day with alternate Saturdays off, subject to project requirements.
