Facade Manager/ Improver

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Facade Manager/Improver to lead the oversight and enhancement of building exteriors. In this pivotal role, you will manage facade projects from conception through execution, ensuring high-quality standards, safety compliance, and timely delivery. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives, elevate aesthetic appeal, and ensure structural integrity of facades across multiple projects. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and management of facade improvement projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications and project timelines
• Oversee site supervision, supervising teams of contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
• Adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, identify potential issues early, and implement corrective actions promptly
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to review design proposals, resolve technical challenges, and optimize facade solutions
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating current facade systems and recommending innovative solutions for durability, energy efficiency, and aesthetic appeal

Experience

• Proven management experience in facade or exterior cladding projects within the construction.
• Supervising experience leading teams on large-scale building projects with multiple stakeholders involved
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 project management software for scheduling and resource allocation
• Demonstrated ability to oversee technical aspects of facade systems including materials selection, installation methods, and quality control
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards related to facade works

Pay: £34,650.11-£68,286.04 per year
