Façade Procurement Engineer

Façade Procurement Engineer | Salary: AED 9,000–10,000/month

We are looking for an experienced Façade Procurement Engineer to manage the procurement of façade materials, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of façade materials, systems, and accessories.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturers.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and material requirements.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and evaluate commercial offers.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and site teams on procurement requirements.
• Monitor purchase orders, production, and material deliveries.
• Ensure materials meet approved specifications and project schedules.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of procurement experience in façade, construction, or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Good knowledge of façade materials, systems, and suppliers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
