Face to Face Fundraiser

Responsibilities

• Engage with members of the public face-to-face to share information about our organisation’s mission and initiatives
• Build rapport quickly, fostering trust and enthusiasm for the causes you represent
• Promote awareness through effective communication strategies tailored to diverse audiences
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, donations, and engagement activities in systems
• Collaborate with team members to meet fundraising targets and organise outreach events
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns professionally

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse audiences
• Experience or interest in marketing, public relations, or customer service roles
• Ability to manage relationships effectively and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
• Knowledge of fundraising principles and techniques is advantageous but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in outdoor or indoor settings
• Passion for social causes and community engagement

Pay: £510.00-£650.00 per week
