Facebook Ads Manager

The Facebook Ads Manager is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Meta platforms. The role focuses on driving leads, sales, and brand awareness while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns from start to finish
• Plan ad budgets based on marketing goals
• Build ad funnels for cold traffic, retargeting, and re-engagement
• Analyze results and adjust campaigns to improve performance
• Work with creatives and copywriters to produce effective ad content
• Set up and track conversions using Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics
• Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and placements
• Stay updated with Meta’s policies, tools, and ad trends
• Guide or collaborate with other ad specialists or freelancers if needed

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience running Facebook/Meta Ads with proven campaign results.
• Must have personally managed a minimum monthly Meta Ads budget of ₱500,000.
• Solid understanding of paid social media strategies, audience targeting, and campaign funnels.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel tracking, and performance reporting.
• Strong skills in data analysis and campaign optimization.
• Ability to interpret key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and CPM.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience managing larger advertising budgets is highly preferred.
