Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
• Generate quality leads through Meta Ads for education/ EdTech services.
• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, and audience segmentation.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
• Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaigns.
• Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and retargeting campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with the creative and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
