Facebook Ads Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
We'd love to meet a skilled Facebook Marketing Specialist to grow our brand presence on Facebook and generate qualified investor and property leads through paid advertising. You'll take ownership of our Facebook business page from the ground up and run performance-focused ad campaigns aimed at real estate investors. We're hoping for someone who understands both the creative and strategic sides of Facebook marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and optimize a professional Facebook business page, including branding elements such as logo placement, cover imagery, and page details
• Build and maintain a cohesive visual style and content calendar for the page
• Turn raw video and content from the company into publish-ready Facebook posts
• Plan, build, and launch Meta/Facebook ad campaigns aimed at investors and property leads
• Manage ad budgets, audience targeting, and bidding to maximize lead quality and volume
• Monitor campaign and page performance, refining creative and targeting based on results
• Keep branding and messaging consistent across all published content
• Support a possible future expansion of advertising to LinkedIn

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience managing Facebook business pages and running Meta/Facebook ad campaigns
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
• Experience turning raw video/content into social-ready posts
• Comfortable with basic branding and design tasks (logo placement, cover graphics, visual consistency)
• Punctual, precise, and independent
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate, real estate investing, or property marketing
• Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising
• Video editing skills for repurposing raw footage
• Experience running lead generation campaigns aimed at investors
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
