Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Facebook Pages for monetization.
• Upload and schedule videos on Facebook.
• Ensure content follows Meta monetization policies.
• Monitor Page Performance, Reach, and Engagement.
• Track monetization eligibility and performance metrics.
• Research trending content and viral topics.
• Optimize video titles, captions, hashtags, and thumbnails.
• Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Video Editing teams.
• Maintain reports and daily performance updates.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Facebook and Meta Business Suite.
• Passion for social media and digital content.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Facebook Creator Studio/Professional Dashboard is a plus.
• Basic MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
• Quick learner with attention to detail.
