Duties

• Perform a wide range of facial treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and aesthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Provide body waxing services such as waxing and body waxing to ensure smooth, flawless skin.
• Deliver spa services that promote relaxation and rejuvenation, including makeup application and other aesthetic treatments.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their results.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring treatment areas are clean and hygienic at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and customize treatments accordingly, fostering trust and satisfaction.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending skincare products that complement treatments and meet clients’ skincare goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in skincare services such as facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermabrasion, or laser treatments.
• Knowledge of spa services including waxing, body waxing, makeup application, and other aesthetic procedures.
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices within a clinical or spa environment.
• Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetician specialties as required by local regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Sales skills for retail product recommendations that support client skincare routines.
