Facial Therapist

Point Face is a Korean beauty facial spa in Bali. We specialise in advanced facial treatments hydrodermabrasion, glass skin, collagen and acne protocols, buccal massage, gua sha and kobido combined with AI skin analysis and a curated Korean skincare retail corner. Our clients are mainly international guests who expect a calm, professional and genuinely caring experience.

We are growing, and we are looking for therapists who want to grow with us.

What you will do

• Perform facial treatments and hydrodermabrasion protocols following our studio standards
• Carry out skin consultations and recommend suitable treatments and homecare
• Maintain the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment cabins
• Prepare and maintain equipment and products before and after each session
• Provide warm, attentive guest care from welcome to farewell

What we are looking for

• Basic knowledge of facial massage techniques
• Genuine interest in Korean skincare and advanced facial technology
• Good customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude
• Positive mindset and a real willingness to learn we train you on our protocols
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Conversational English (enough to guide an international client comfortably)

A big plus

• Experience with hydrodermabrasion machines or other facial devices
• Beauty therapy certification or spa/clinic experience
• Knowledge of Korean skincare brands and ingredients
