Job Summary

The Facialist / Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing skincare consultations, performing facial treatments, recommending suitable skincare products, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves assisting customers with their beauty and skincare needs, promoting products and services, and supporting daily store operations.

Qualifications

• College Graduate or Vocational Graduate with relevant certification in Beauty Care, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field
• Experience as a Facialist, Aesthetician, Beauty Consultant, or in a skincare/beauty retail environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of skincare products, facial treatments, and basic beauty procedures is a plus
• Experience in retail and sales operations is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, approachable, empathetic, and able to establish professional relationships with different types of customers
• Willing to undergo company training
• Flexible and willing to be assigned to different store outlets
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays when required
• Must be a team player, responsible, and willing to learn
• Preferably residing in or near Cebu City

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
