Data center FE Engineer – Facility Engineering

Schedule: 5×8 | 1 Position

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute routine maintenance activities for data center critical infrastructure.
• Handle facility faults and coordinate troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Track operational risks and implement optimization measures.
• Ensure maintenance and facility-related projects are completed according to schedule and requirements.
• Coordinate duty schedules and on-site emergency response.
• Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, and facility teams.
• Support continuous improvement of facility operation and maintenance processes.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of data center facility O&M experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of data center critical infrastructure such as UPS, generators, electrical distribution, cooling/HVAC, and monitoring systems preferred.
• Strong fault diagnosis and emergency handling capability.
• Ability to train and mentor junior technicians.
• Intermediate electrician license, HVAC Engineer certification, or equivalent technical certification preferred.
• Turkish and working-level English required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 100,000.00TRY - 145,000.00TRY per month
