Schedule Weekday mornings

Do you love bringing people together, sparking ideas, and watching someone’s face light up when they see what’s possible? We’re looking for facilitators to lead weekday-morning Vision Board workshops for Our Safe Space , a Tucson-based nonprofit dedicated to connection, creativity, and empowerment.

No podiums. No PowerPoints. Just colorful magazines, scissors, glue sticks, and conversation that matters.

You don’t need to be a professional speaker. You just need to bring your Creative mind , enjoy people, feel comfortable guiding a group, and have a knack for helping others dream big. We’ll give you everything you need to get started - you bring your personality and enthusiasm.

What You’ll Do

• Lead or co-lead 60-90 minute weekday Vision Board workshops
• Welcome and engage participants of all ages and backgrounds
• Encourage conversation, confidence, and a few "aha!" moments

What You’ll Get

• The satisfaction of helping someone map out their dreams
• A built-in creative community (and possibly snacks!)
• Experience leading groups in a fun, low-pressure environment
• That warm, fuzzy feeling from making a difference in someone’s day

We’ll make it easy. We provide the outline, materials, and encouragement - you provide your own style and a smile. Whether you want to facilitate once a week or once a season, we’d love to meet you.
