Facilitator (LB Nagar Center - Hyderabad)

Bright is seeking a dedicated and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs aimed at enhancing the soft skills of youth associated with our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for empowering youth with the necessary skills to succeed in both personal and professional capacities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive soft skills training programs tailored to the needs of diverse groups within the organization.
2. Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in soft skills competencies among youth.
3. Design engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities, to effectively deliver content.
4. Deliver training sessions in a variety of formats, such as workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
5. Facilitate discussions and activities that promote the development of communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, time management, and other essential soft skills.
6. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to support their skill development journey.
7. Collaborate with other team members to integrate soft skills training into existing programs and initiatives.
8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training to continuously improve training content and methodologies.
10. Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and outcomes for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s degree
2. Proven experience (1 years) as a soft skills trainer
3. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
5. Demonstrated proficiency in delivering interactive and participatory training sessions.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Flexibility to adapt training content and approaches based on the unique needs of participants.
8. Commitment to the mission and values of Bright Future
9. Fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu is preferred.
