Facilities Analyst

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of relevant experience , or Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience .
• Active or ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance ; U.S. Citizenship required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe software suites.
• Experience with Sustainment Management System (SMS) programs, including BUILDER and Army ISR-I .
• Strong analytical, technical writing, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead analytic tools, techniques, and processes supporting technical and administrative activities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide supervision and direction to support teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Missile Defense Agency and DoD facilities operations and sustainment engineering management.
• Experience working with USACE and installation Department of Public Works (DPW) .
• Facility condition assessments, repair, renovation, and project execution experience.
• Construction, repair, and renovation project surveillance and oversight.
• Project planning, design scoping, schedule development, and analytics.
• Development and maintenance of facility systems operations and maintenance manuals.
• Facility planning and engineering supporting stakeholder requirements.
• Specialized DoD facilities engineering and maintenance experience.
• Electrical/power systems experience is preferred but not required.
