Facilities and Admin Supervisor

The Facilities & Administrative Supervisor / Head is the overall in-charge of the tasks below:

• End to end property management (head office general admin works, engineering, customer service, housekeeping, maintenance and security).
• Management of company properties for lease and project temporary facilities/rent across all projects including Subcontractors.
• Lead project initial mobilization;
• Review and process payment for government dues or assessment for but not limited to - Business Permits and licenses, Real Property Taxes and other Taxes.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a Bachelor’s degree graduate in Electrical Engineering; Licensed Electrical Engineer is preferred;
• Preferably with at least 5 years or more of working experience related on the position;
• Knowledge of real estate laws and procedures is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Solid organizational skills including strong analytical, communication, presentation skills as well as an eye for detail and multitasking skills; Results-oriented, team-player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance;
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City (Head Office Based);
• amenable to commute / relocate or living near / within Quezon City;
• To be deployed ASAP
