About the Role

Catalyst Fitness is hiring a hands-on facilities and grounds person to help keep our three Fort Wayne locations in top shape. If you're handy, take pride in a well-kept building, and like checking things off a list, this is a good fit.

We're flexible on hours. Some people want 4–8 hours a week; we have enough work for someone who wants 10–20. We're open to either, and we're willing to hire more than one person.

What You'd Be Doing

• General repairs and upkeep — patching walls, painting, fixing what's broken
• Seasonal and grounds work at our Trier Road location (outdoors)
• Routine maintenance across all three locations: Northeast (5928 Trier Road), Southwest (2488 Getz Road), and Downtown (203 E. Berry Street)
• Light cleaning as needed in the course of your work
• Keeping an eye on overall facility condition and reporting back to management on what needs attention

Optional Additional Work

If you want more hours, there's room to grow:

• Gym equipment maintenance and preventative maintenance — we'll train you and set you up on a PM schedule (roughly 4–8 hours per month)
• Off-site PM visits to corporate fitness centers we service under contract — about 90 minutes per site, 2–4 visits per year, currently 2–3 sites with room to add more

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
