Position Details:

Responsibilities:

As a Facilities and Grounds Team Member, you will work alongside our Facilities and Grounds Manager to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our park grounds, buildings, and cave. Duties may include:

• General grounds maintenance, including lawn care, planting, pruning, and weeding.
• Brush cutting and invasive species removal to help preserve native habitats.
• Building and equipment maintenance, including basic repairs and upkeep.
• Stay alert to more serious maintenance issues and report them to a supervisor.
• Cave and outdoor area care to maintain visitor safety and experience.
• Cleaning and maintenance of buildings, including dusting, vacuuming, and washing windows.
• Use and care of tools and equipment to complete tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team of all ages.
• General knowledge of groundskeeping, gardening, building maintenance, or basic building skills is preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable with physical work (walking, bending, lifting, kneeling, and climbing stairs).
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to willingness to work weekends and a flexible schedule based on business needs, seasonality, and weather.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Wage and benefits will vary depending on position, experience, and availability.
