Facilities and Maintenance Engineer

The Facilities & Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the inspection, repair, servicing, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and building facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate equipment and facility repair and maintenance costs.
• Lead and coordinate facility improvement projects, including planning, task delegation, and monitoring.
• Oversee the maintenance of building facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, pumps, generators, tanks, and packaging equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns and ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify electrical hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Review preventive maintenance contracts and project proposals.
• Recommend facility improvement projects to the immediate superior.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).
• With 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing plants and building electrical maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in facilities maintenance, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance.
• Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
