Location: NAIA, Pasay
Work Setup: On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility operations, maintenance activities, technical personnel, equipment, and service contractors while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and technical personnel under the Facilities and Environment Department.
• Plan and implement facility maintenance and improvement initiatives.
• Oversee repairs and preventive/corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Evaluate and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Monitor compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Support emergency preparedness and facility safety procedures.
• Monitor equipment, tools, facility supplies, and maintenance records.
• Review maintenance data, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, accomplishment reports, and equipment records.
• Monitor facility consumption, BMS reports, water quality, and other operational records.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Engineer is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in facilities and kitchen equipment operations, maintenance, and supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good business acumen and technical writing skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, including electrical load schedules and technical computations.
• Ability to interpret Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic diagrams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical reporting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, including Internal Combustion Engines.
• Additional certifications or advanced studies related to the field are an advantage.
