Facilities and Motorpool Supervisor

• Primarily responsible in the regular upkeep maintenance and improvement of all facilities structures and systems which include all warehouses and offices (internal & external), compound surroundings including all air conditioning, ventilating (fans, blowers, exhaust), electrical utilities and sewage/plumbing systems.
• Supervise diverse teams of Facilities personnel (AC/Electrical, Carpentry/Painting, Facilities & Fabrication Projects);; plan daily work assignments (DWA), check and monitor tasks execution
• Execute facilities aesthetics, and safety improvement projects in the most efficient and cost effective manner
• Primarily responsible with the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of all company vehicles, cars, trucks and motorcycles ensuring that they operate at optimum conditions at all times
• Supervise, plan and assign daily work assignments to Automotive Mechanics and Electricians based on priorities to maximize motor fleet / vehicles availability
• Plan and schedule periodic maintenance schedules (PMS) of all vehicles to maximize useful service life of essential automotive parts & systems
• Assist Local Purchasing if requested in the sourcing and canvassing of needed automotive parts to hasten parts availability throughput time.

Qualifications:

• Individual should have at least 2 years experience in the overall upkeep maintenance and improvement of all facilities structures/systems (building maintenance systems, airconditioning, ventilating, service elevators, plumbing, sewage) as well with the troubleshooting and repair of all types vehicles (cars, trucks, motorcycles).
• Has a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related Technology course
• Hardworking with good interpersonal skills, can communicate well with subordinates, peers and superiors.
• Good working knowledge of Office software applications and can communicate well in both oral and written English
