Facilities & Project Executive

Brief Job Description:

• Primary – plan, monitor and manage of “Plan Preventive Maintenance”, to maintain the durability asset and ensure the smooth business operation.
• Secondary – to assist on new project development related work.

Specific Responsibilities:

Primary Roles:

1. Propose and create comprehensive preventive maintenance manual for company’s property including on-site inspection and report preparation to ensure the good conditions of company asset including both functionality and appearance.
2. Monitoring performance of all contract Maintenance Service Providers including yearly review and renewal.
3. Control management and maintenance budget. Prepare the budget report yearly.
4. To attend any complaints made by the management regarding building defect.

Secondary Roles:

1. Planning and monitoring of progress and quality of new renovation and construction work including on- site inspection and report and preparation.
2. To assists on new project development.
3. Other ad hoc duties / tasks / projects as assigned by the Company.

Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in architecture, Building, Construction Management or other relevant degree may also be considered.

Skills:

1. Possess excellent planning and organization, interpersonal and communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
2. Software knowledge (Microsoft Office and Auto CAD)
3. Self-motivated, initiative, dynamic and a pleasant disposition.
4. Ability to travel regionally to meet work assignment requirements.

Experience:

1. At least 2-3 years’ experience in “Facilities Maintenance” (factory, apartment, condominium and etc) AND OR construction/ renovation work related with a good practical knowledge in M&E part. Regional experience will be an advantage.
