  • Sweep, power-wash, and mop outdoor decks, patios, and guest assembly areas before and after events.

Facilities & Lodging Maintenance

  • Conduct basic HVAC/AC troubleshooting and filter replacements.
  • Execute general handyman repairs, fixture installs, hardware fixes, and light bulb replacements across all buildings.

Event Logistics & On-Site Support

  • As needed - assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving tables, chairs, staging, and furniture.

  • Ensure all lighting, power sources, and event facilities are fully operational ahead of scheduled functions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, perform continuous manual labor, bend, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, or holiday shifts as dictated by wedding and lodging reservations. Must be able to work Saturdays & Sundays.
  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, polite around guests, and efficient under tight pre-event timelines.
