Job Title: Facilities and Resident Support Worker (Live-in Role)

Location: Ballyvaughan, Co. Clare

Salary: €32,500 per annum

Accommodation: Provided free of charge (shared accommodation on site if required)

Hours: 39 hours per week

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Facilities and Resident Support Worker to join our team at an accommodation centre located in Ballyvaughan, Co. Clare. It may suit an individual looking to live and work on the North Clare coast and Wild Atlantic Way.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the security of the accommodation centre.

Ensure all common areas, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces are kept clean and well-maintained

Perform general cleaning duties and light outdoor tasks as needed

Liaise with residents in a respectful and professional manner, assisting with any day-to-day needs or concerns

Report any maintenance or safety issues to the management team

Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and hygienic environment for all residents

Candidate Requirements:

- Full Clean Irish Driving License required for this role.

• Previous experience in caretaking, or maintenance (preferred but not essential)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A good level of spoken and written English is required

• Ability to work independently and responsibly

• Trustworthy, punctual, and proactive

• Garda Vetting will be required
